FAQ — How this engine works
How are content ideas organized?
Every idea maps to one of your community themes on a 7-day rotation. Each theme gets one day per week with multiple formats (video, carousel, statement, micro) to keep the feed diverse without repeating angles. You set your themes during onboarding.
What's the 7-day rotation system?
Each day of the week is assigned a community theme from your brand settings. Bonus ideas can run any day. This ensures you never oversaturate one audience segment. You can customize the day-to-theme mapping in Settings.
What does the pipeline do?
When you approve an idea, it enters the production pipeline: Approved → Filming → Editing → Posted. Each stage has its own view so you can track what's ready to film, what's in post-production, and what's live. The teleprompter mode lets you read scripts directly while filming.
What are the content formats?
Video — talking head or demo, 15-60 seconds. Carousel — swipeable slides, educational. Micro — quick explainer under 30 seconds. Statement — bold text image (Hormozi-style), designed in Canva. Static — infographic or chart. Bonus — recurring series or special format.
Why are stock photos excluded from search?
Stock photos (Shutterstock, Getty, iStock, etc.) are watermarked, generic-looking, and often copyrighted. The search excludes 10 major stock sites so you only get real, organic lifestyle photos that produce more authentic-looking swaps.
Where is my data stored?
Everything (approved ideas, pipeline status, uploaded images, settings) is stored securely in your account database. Your data syncs across devices and is private to your brand. Sign in from any browser to access your account.
How does the AI learn about your brand?
The Brand & Voice settings panel (gear icon) feeds your brand name, tagline, USPs, target audience, and tone preferences into every AI-generated output. When you generate content, swap images, or get script suggestions, this context shapes the results. The more you fill in, the more tailored the output. You can also link a master prompt document with your product facts so the AI never hallucinates claims or invents features.
Why exactly 5 hashtags per post?
Instagram's algorithm currently favors 3-5 highly relevant hashtags over hashtag stuffing (20-30). Using fewer, targeted hashtags signals to the algorithm exactly what your content is about, which improves distribution to the right audience. Each idea's 5 hashtags follow a mix: 1-2 broad community tags, 1-2 niche topic tags, and 1 branded tag. This balances discoverability with specificity.
How does the engine account for algorithm changes?
The content mix is designed to work with how social algorithms reward engagement, not against them. Short-form video gets prioritized by every platform, so video and micro formats dominate. Carousels drive saves (Instagram's strongest signal). Statement posts drive shares and comments. The 7-day rotation prevents audience fatigue, which tanks reach. Posting windows (morning, midday, evening) align with peak engagement times. The format mix in Settings lets you adjust ratios as algorithms shift.
Why do scripts include shot lists and screen text?
Each idea is a complete production brief — not just a caption. The script is what you say (teleprompter-ready). The shot list tells you exactly what to film and in what order. The screen text shows what overlays to add in editing. The caption and hashtags are copy-paste ready. This means zero creative decisions during filming — you just execute. The teleprompter mode (play button) scrolls the script on screen while you record.
Why are ideas grouped by community instead of topic?
Social algorithms reward accounts that consistently attract the same audience clusters. By rotating through 7 communities (Fasting, Sauna, Clean Label, Trades, Hangover, Minimalism, Estonian), you build overlapping audience segments that all care about electrolytes but from different angles. This is more effective than random topic-based posting because each community member sees content tailored to their world — and the algorithm learns who to show your content to.
How does the dismiss system work?
When an idea doesn't fit, you dismiss it with a reason (not relevant, already done, too complex, save for later). This isn't just cleanup — the reasons help identify what content angles resonate with you and which don't, so future idea generation can be better calibrated. Dismissed ideas can always be undone if you change your mind.
